Your data, plainly

• Your account. Your email address and password, which Firebase Authentication handles and we never see. If you sign in with Google, we get your name, email address and profile picture from Google instead.
• Your learning. Which lessons you have started and finished, and which tracks you asked to hear about.
• Forms you fill in. Your name, email, phone number if you give it, and your message, when you reserve a live seat, join a waitlist, send us a request or leave feedback on a lesson.
• How the site is used. Pages visited and buttons clicked, through Google Analytics. We never send anything you type to analytics.

Lesson labs and Signal, the learning assistant, send what you type to our AI provider, Groq, to generate a reply. We do not store it. Don’t paste in anything private.

To run your account, save your progress, reply to you, and send the emails you signed up for. Every non-essential email has an unsubscribe link. We also use the numbers to see which lessons work. We do not sell your data.

Only the services that run the site for us.

• Google Firebase and Google Cloud, for hosting, accounts, data and analytics
• Groq, for the AI replies in labs and Signal
• Paystack, for payments. You pay on Paystack’s page, and we never see your card details
• Resend, for sending email
• Calendly, if you book a call

These providers may process data outside your country. We share data with anyone else only if the law requires it.

Your browser keeps a few things on your device, such as your theme and whether you are signed in. Google Analytics sets its own cookies to count visits.

We keep your account and progress while your account exists, and form details for as long as we need them to follow up. You can delete your account yourself in your account settings. That removes its data straight away, including anything you sent us from the same email. If you would rather ask us, we will do it within 30 days.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop any email, by writing to privacy@aiforallproject.com. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to your data protection authority. In Ghana that is the Data Protection Commission.

The site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date below. If the change is significant, we will email account holders.
