The rules, plainly

By using the site or creating an account, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

• You need to be 13 or older to create an account.
• Give a real email address, and keep your password to yourself.
• One account is for one person. Don’t share it or sell it.
• You can delete your account at any time in your account settings.

• Beginner and intermediate tracks are free, and so are read-aloud lessons, the glossary, the free workflows and the live sessions.
• Advanced tracks and Signal (the learning assistant) are part of Capable, a subscription.
• Each specialization is a course of its own, with its own workflows. You buy it once and keep it. Capable doesn’t include specializations.

• You pay on Paystack’s secure page. We never see your card details.
• Capable renews automatically at the end of each period, at the price you signed up for, until you cancel.
• Cancel any time from your account. You keep Capable until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
• A period that has started is not refunded, except where the law says otherwise.
• If a renewal payment fails, Paystack tries again. If it keeps failing, your account goes back to Free.
• If the price changes, we will email you before your next renewal, and you can cancel before it applies.

• You pay once, on Paystack’s secure page, at the price shown before you pay. There is no subscription.
• The course, its bundled workflows and later updates to it stay in your account for as long as your account exists and we run the course.
• A specialization is not refunded once bought, except where the law says otherwise.

• If you were charged by mistake, for example twice, email us within 14 days and we will refund it.
• Deleting your account cancels your subscription and removes the specializations you bought. They can’t be restored or refunded afterwards.

The lesson labs and Signal, the learning assistant, write their replies with AI. Those replies can be wrong, out of date or made up, however confident they sound. That is one of the things the lessons teach.

Treat them as help with learning, not as legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. Check anything that matters before you rely on it. Don’t paste in anything private, as the privacy policy explains.

Please don’t:

• use the labs or Signal to make anything illegal, hateful or harmful
• try to break, overload or get around the limits on the site
• copy the site’s content in bulk, by scraping or any other way
• harass anyone in a live session or in our community groups

If you do, we may remove content, limit what you can use, or close your account.

The lessons, videos, labs, images and designs belong to AI For All Project or to the people who licensed them to us. Use them for your own learning, and share links to them as much as you like. Don’t copy, sell or republish the courses as your own. Quoting a short piece with a credit and a link is fine.

What you type into labs, forms and Signal stays yours. You let us use it only to run the site for you: to generate a reply, save your progress, or answer your request.

Seats are limited, and times or hosts can change. If a session you reserved moves or is cancelled, we aim to let you know using the details you gave us. Be respectful to the host and the other learners.

Lesson videos play from YouTube, calls are booked through Calendly, and some pages link to other sites and tools. Those services have their own terms, and we don’t control them.

We improve lessons all the time, so a lesson, track or feature can change, move or be removed. We aim to keep the site running, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors.

We provide the site as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using it, or from relying on its content or its AI replies. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.

If these terms change, we will update this page and the date below. If the change is significant, we will email account holders before it takes effect.
